Grant Illuminated Signs Ltd. announces a change in ownership after almost 50 years of serving the North Island. New owners, Shaun and Clare Laughy, shared “We are so excited to have the opportunity to assume stewardship of such a well-established business that is so integral to the local community.”. Marilyn Grant, previous owner and wife of founder, Allan (Al) Grant, added “I’m thrilled to know that my late husband’s legacy is in such good hands going forward. The business has grown and flourished over the past several years, and is well-positioned for the new owners to take it to the next level, which I know they will.”. The new owners bring many years of business leadership experience to the company, and are thrilled to retain the entire highly-experienced team, led by Jonathan Calderwood, General Manager. Grant Signs added Grant Illuminated Signs to the group, offering CSA certified illuminated signage, sign cabinets, sign cabinet rentals, neon signs and more. The shop grew and Grant Signs offered more to a larger area.
