Dimensional lettering can be cut from flat materials of varying thicknesses. We can cut 1/8” thick lettering or any thickness up to 1.5” thick, all as a solid material.

We often laser cut or router acrylic or aluminum in any of these thickness options. It you want thicker, then fabricated letters are the way to go.

Fabricated dimensional lettering is for when you want substantial lettering, thick lettering that stands out. This type of lettering can be made with almost any design, material and appearance. There is more labour work to make these compared to flat cut, but the impact is undeniable.

We’ll need a few things and we can obtain them by you having us conduct an on-site survey or you can provide this to us by you providing photos, measurements and other details. We will design to match your parameters, logos, branding and budget.
