Cast bronze or aluminum plaques have always been the go to for long lasting dedication or identification signage. It is heavy and durable and will last outdoors for hundreds of years in most weather conditions.

CNC machined bronze or aluminum plaques offer a slightly less costly plaque option that works very well for smaller packages. There are trade-offs however. The plaque is often thinner and lighter, but this can be a positive for most applications. The text has a sharp edge than cast plaques, so this may affect your application.

Smaller plaques can accommodate the detail that the cast and machined plaques cannot accomplish. Etching and engraving provide the detail, but with a thinner profile as the depth is not needed for the detail. If you want more detail, at lower cost, this is the way.
